While it is reported in the news that Necat Gülseven is the Chair of the Executive Board, the official records show that Veysi Nazlıcan is the Chair of the Executive Board of 3N Medya (November 29, 2018).
According to the Trade Registry Gazette dated January 20, 2020, 3N Medya Group Chair Murat Kelkitlioğlu’s membership of the executive board ended.

Born in 1970, Murat Kelkitlioğlu started working at Yeni Şafak Newspaper in 1994. He worked for several newspapers such as Star, Tercüman and Habertürk. After working as the editor-in-chief of Günel newspaper, Kelkitlioğlu was transferred to Akşam newspaper, where he also became the editor-in-chief. Leaving Akşam newspaper on December 31, 2018, he became the head of 3N Medya Group.

Having served 16 years in prison and been released as per the legal regulation on execution on April 16, criminal organization leader Alaattin Çakıcı reportedly met with Necat Gülseven, Tevfik Karaaslan and Veysi Nazlıcan in November 2020 and posted the meeting on his social media account.
It was reported in the press in July 2019 that a lawsuit had been filed against Necat Gülseven on charge of tax evasion by issuing false invoices and the trial was held at the İstanbul Anadolu 45th Criminal Court of First Instance. Gülseven faces up to 10 years in prison.
With the decision no. 2020/5043 of the İstanbul 11th Criminal Judgeship of Peace on November 10, 2020, an access block has been imposed on the news reports published in the Cumhuriyet Newspaper’s website and T24, TELE1 and Oda TV news websites, which reported that Necat Gülseven and Media Group Chair Murat Kelkitlioğlu were charged with “threat, plunder and blackmail."
