Show Radyo was founded by businessperson Erol Aksoy in 1992. In 2013, all shares were bought (from the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund of Turkey) by Planet media group. The shares of Show were split from the group in April 2016 and transferred to a new company named NSE Medya, all of the shares were owned by Nafia Sevin Ergün Safada. On August 15, 2018, it was sold to a businessperson, Bilal Şirin.
It is known that Bilal Şirin sold his share to Necat Gülseven, a businessperson from Diyarbakır, on November 19, 2018. It is not known how much Necat Gülseven paid Bilal Şirin for this sale.

The company’s ownership structure has recently undergone some changes which were not reflected in the public records. Show Radyo lists "Show Radyo Yayıncılığı A.Ş." (Trade registry no: 801767) as the owner on the website. However, according to Trade Registry Gazette, in January 2019, the address of Show Radyo was changed into the one belongs to 3N MEDYA Group.
The record dated April 6, 2016 reveals that "Show Radyo Yayıncılığı"s shares were split and moved into a new company named NSE Medya, which is owned entirely by Nafia Sevin Ergün Sefada - named after her initials. On August 14, 2018, Bilal Şirin, a businessperson from Kocaeli, purchased all shares that belonged to Nafia Sevin Ergün Sefada. Then, once again, on November 19, 2018, Necat Gülseven purchased all shares of Şirin but there is no more information about this sale.
