Fikret Tayfun Demirören
Fikret Tayfun Demirören, the son of Erdoğan Demirören, has a degree in Finance from Bilkent University. He's one of the shareholders of the conglomerate 'Demirören Holding A.Ş.' that holds the majority shares of both companies that publish Hürriyet, Milliyet, and Posta newspapers and gazetevatan.com. He sits on the boards of many companies owned by the group. Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the-then Prime Minister, was the witness at his wedding in 2003. Tayfun attended President Erdoğan's daughter's wedding in May 2016.
